Aleah
A retired breeder
dog rescued from a puppy mill at approximately
3 years old, Aleah started off a little shy
and timid, but with some TLC we found she
is a real sweetheart. She was adopted on
February 23, 2008 by a bed-ridden lady that
lives in Concord, NC and is enjoying soft
covers and loving hands for the lady's caregiver
and daughter too. |

Precious
One of the cutest Peke-A-Poos that we have
have ever seen. Retired from a puppy mill
in Virginia, Precious is approximately 2
years old. After being in that situation,
she had to work on her house manners but
she got along great with her other brothers
and sisters. Adopted on February 25, 2008
by a lady in Wilmington, she now has a poodle
sister and is getting along wonderfully in
her new home. |

Sonny
Sonny , at 5 years old had lived in a cage
all his life until recently retired
from a commercial breeder. He is on special
food to control his liver enzymes, but is
doing great. Sonny is a wonderful little
guy and is getting settled in his new home
where he moved to on February 18, 2008 with
an eldery lady. She has since then discovered
that he doesn't like to get his feet wet! |
