Hilde
A two year old Dachshund mix that was rescued
from a high-kill shelter in South Carolina.
Despite her fate, she was very friendly
and loving and got along very well with
other dogs, cats, and children. Hilde was
adopted on March 28, 2008 and is truly enjoying
the company of a small child as part of
her new family. |

Sonny
Sonny , at 5 years old had lived in a cage
all his life until recently retired
from a commercial breeder. He is on special
food to control his liver enzymes, but is
doing great. Sonny is a wonderful little
guy and is getting settled in his new home
where he moved to on February 18, 2008 with
an eldery lady. She has since then discovered
that he doesn't like to get his feet wet! |
